HYBRID PROGRAM // 15-WEEK
The Hybrid programs focus is Strength and Hypertrophy. This program was ran for 15-weeks in house with participants seeing an average of 10-15lbs. increase in lean-mass . Note that this is just the training log and does not reflect the individuals nutritional habits during the 15-weeks.
As this is the direct training log that was followed Friday session were completed by attending FYF. Some participants had foundation to be able to complete FYF each week, others did not and needed an additional rest/active recovery day. This will need to be addressed on an individual level during the program. The individual can add in a hard power endurance style training day on Friday or cut it out completely and adjust the training schedule to a 5-day training week. Listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
